This most certainly doesn’t belong here, since it has nothing to do with us. Additionally, in halachah, such a marriage would be forbidden, since she was married since the divorce. Also, the terminology of being “in love” as necessary or even a basis for a successful marriage, is deceptive, since that stage doesn’t last forever, which just loving each other is. Food for thought.

Another thing I hear which is total nonsense, is, “my wife is my best friend”. Just another misleading myth that confuses our young couples. They don’t have to be best friends or bff. Marriage is not about being “best friends”. It’s about respect, derech eretz, and going out of your comfort zone to help your spouse.
