Three researchers at China’s Wuhan Institute of Virology, the laboratory that has been scrutinized as the possible origin point of the coronavirus pandemic became sick enough that they were sent to hospital in November 2019, according to a previously undisclosed US intelligence report.

The details of the reporting go beyond a State Department fact sheet, issued during the final days of the Trump administration, which said that several researchers at the lab, a center for the study of coronaviruses and other pathogens, became sick in autumn 2019 “with symptoms consistent with both Covid-19 and common seasonal illness,” reported the Wall Street Journal in an exclusive exposé.

While officials were divided as to the alleged strength and quality of the information, there was agreement that the intelligence was not conclusive proof that the researchers had contracted the coronavirus.

Many health experts assess that the coronavirus began circulating in the Chinese city of Wuhan in Hubei province – with a population of 11 million people – in November 2019. Beijing authorities officially confirmed the first case on December 8 of that year.

China has consistently denied that the Wuhan lab was responsible for the leak, although the theory of the coronavirus’ accidental escape from that institution has gained recent traction.

  1. So President Trump was correct all along. It is/was a CHINA virus! The snarky priviliged white Jen Psaki, should publicly apologize.

  2. The same ones who own Big Pharma, back Bitcoins own the Wuhan labs. Chinese scientists uncovered that Fauci and Gates paid for the lab to leak the virus.
