Gov. Andrew Cuomo released new information regarding the potential reopening of schools in New York amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Cuomo said the reopening of schools will echo the state’s economic reopening, and will follow a data-based process to make sure students are not put at risk.

Under the plan, schools will be able to open in the fall for regions that are under phase four. The daily infection rate in these regions must remain lower than 5% over a 14-day average.

  1. “The daily infection rate in these regions must remain lower than 5% over a 14-day average.” How about all those that recovered from covid19 take the test every day. Basically, let all the heimeshe people take the covid19 test(not the anti bodies test) every day, so that the “infection rates” would be down, and schools can be opened. Tells you how reliable this idiotic “infection rate” parameter is, if it can be so easily manipulated. Daily fatalities should be the only parameter used, but then it would prove that the epidemic is over in NY, and then poor little Mussolini-Cuomo won’t be able to use this crisis as a justification for his power trip.
