Israel’s representative to the United Nations, Ambassador Danny Danon, addressed the UN Security Council today, expressing strong criticism regarding the language of a proposed resolution concerning a ceasefire in Gaza. He remarked, “Any resolution that does not condition the ceasefire on the release of the hostages means abandoning the 101 hostages to the hell of the terrorist monsters.”

The UN Security Council convened today to deliberate on the ongoing conflict in the Middle East. During the session, Ambassador Danon highlighted the problematic phrasing of a draft resolution put forth by Council members, which concerns a ceasefire in Gaza. This resolution, which is set to be voted on in the next few days, does not include any stipulation for the return of hostages, nor does it designate Hamas as a terrorist group.

Ambassador Danon stated, “The decision being promoted in this Council only strengthens Hamas and terrorism and abandons the hostages. We cannot allow the UN to tie the hands of the State of Israel from protecting its citizens, and we will not stop fighting until we return all the kidnapped men and women home.”

  1. Ambassador Danon,
….and we will not stop fighting until we return all the kidnapped men and women home.” AND CHILDREN! Don’t forget nebech the poor children being held.

On a totally different note, I wish I can understand why Israel hasn’t taken captives and treated them in the same way. Their mission statement should thus be, a captive for a captive. Somehow the stupid world might then get it!

    • Because Israel is a pathetic weak country run by radical liberal leftist anti-Israel non-elected judges. Prime Ministers of Israel are their puppets.

  2. Israel doesn’t take captives and treat them inhumanely because we are humans and not animals unlike the terrorists in Gaza. How can you make such a statement.
