If only these other candidates can unite and agree to bout out, there is no way this mad-mani can lose. Even if he only garners 40% of the vote, he wins. 12% for Adams, 18% for Cuomo, 29% for Sliwa: the madman wins. If Adams and Cuomo really care about the city, they bout out and the 2 leading candidates have a duel.
