David Greenfield Wins Democratic Primary in Brooklyn’s District 44 City Council Race

david-greenfieldDavid Greenfield has won the Democratic Primary in Brooklyn’s District 44 for City Council.

Greenfield had 90 percent of the vote with 87 percent of the precincts reporting.

Greenfield will be in his second term in the council.

He was running against Jacob Flusberg.

“Thank you to the 91% of my district that re-nominated me on the Democratic line for City Council! Looking forward to continue fighting for u,” he said via Twitter.

  1. Matzav’s slavish endorsement of Greenfield, while ignoring other candidates is disgusting. I used to value Matzav as a L’shem Shomayim site. I see that they’ve become sullied by money and do not always have our community’s best interest at heart anymore. Very sad.
