Dershowitz On Travel Ban: I Don’t Like It But It Doesn’t ‘Violate Basic Human Rights Or Constitution Law’

Former Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz said that he believes President Trump’s travel ban was constitutional and not anti-Muslim on Fox News Tuesday afternoon.

“Not all the countries are Muslim and not all Muslim countries are within the ban,” Dershowitz stated. “Look, the vast majority of terrorist activities around the world, massive terrorist activities around the world have come from countries like Saudi Arabia and we’re now seeing Syria, Iran is the greatest exporter of terrorism in the world, so I think the opposition is a little overwrought.”

“I don’t support the policy but I don’t believe that it violates basic civil liberties or constitutional law or human rights,” he continued.
