Ron DeSantis, the Governor of Florida and a presidential candidate for the 2024 US election, criticized President Joe Biden for what he deemed as “horrendous” treatment of Israel. He expressed his belief that the United States should refrain from intervening in Israel’s internal matters, including the ongoing dispute over the government’s proposed judicial reforms. Speaking at the Christians United for Israel (CUFI) Summit, DeSantis urged Biden to “butt out” of Israel’s domestic politics and “let Israel govern itself.”
Taking a swipe at Biden for the delayed invitation extended to Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu to visit the White House, DeSantis stated, “As president, I will welcome Prime Minister Netanyahu to come visit the White House and we will welcome being able to go to Israel.”
DeSantis accused the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) movement of displaying anti-Semitism by singling out Israel, the world’s only Jewish state, for boycotts and sanctions. He argued that by exclusively targeting Israel while disregarding other pressing global issues and rogue regimes, the movement exhibited a clear bias and hostility towards the Jewish state. DeSantis strongly denounced this form of discrimination, emphasizing its inherent anti-Semitic nature.
“When you concoct a movement that focuses all of your ire at the only Jewish state in this world, at the exclusion of all these other things that are going along you don’t care about boycotting the CCCP, you don’t care about boycotting all these rogue regimes you only care about applying disfavor treatment to the State of Israel. That is antisemitism and that is wrong,” he said.
In an interview with the Daily Mail during the conference, DeSantis criticized the Biden administration’s treatment of Israel as “horrendous.” He also accused far-left Democratic lawmakers of unfairly blaming and “scapegoating” Israel for various issues.

Desantis what’s with your polling against trump?
In a weekend poll, with over one hundred thousand votes, Trump won with 78% of the vote. Vivek Ramaswamy secured the second position 10.7%, while Ron DeSantis came in third 10.6%.
In a separate poll for the second spot, which also received over one hundred thousand votes, Vivek obtained 57% of the vote, surpassing DeSantis, who received 38%.
Trump is the clear leader, but what is Vivek Ramaswamy doing right, and what is Ron DeSantis doing wrong?
They are beating up on little Israel. Brand new dilemma, huh?
