Four people, including two alleged Russian spies, have been indicted in a massive 2014 hack of Yahoo information that affected 500 million accounts. The Department of Justice announced the indictments on Wednesday, and officials said the stolen information was used in some cases to obtain the contents of Yahoo, Google, and other email accounts belonging to Russian journalists, and U.S. and Russian government officials. Stolen data included names, email address, and passwords.

Yahoo has publicly announced at least two separate breaches since 2014. Russian agents have just recently also penetrated internal documents at the Democratic National Committee and of John Podesta, Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign chairman. Read more at CNN.
