The American private equity firm Euro-Equity is set to purchase Paragon, an offensive cybersecurity company co-founded by former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak and Brigadier General (res.) Ehud Schneerson, who once led Unit 8200, according to a report by Globes on Sunday.
The report revealed that the deal is estimated to be worth around $900 million. Half of this amount will be paid upfront in cash, while the remaining half will depend on the company meeting specific performance targets.
Globes further noted that $450 million of the acquisition sum is earmarked for distribution among the company’s workforce, with 20% allocated to its 400 employees and 30% to its five co-founders. Ehud Barak is projected to personally earn between $10 million and $15 million from the transaction.

Don’t celebrate, He will be getting 10-15 million dollars before taxes from this deal according to Globes.
Ehud Barak was on “that” list, which mean he was dealt with and that is why they’re selling his company. But since he’s not around anymore, they can sell for cheaper – if people would know the truth.
