Discrepancies have been found in the Iowa caucus count for the Democrats. Iowa party officials are reviewing the errors and said they will update the final tally.

Hillary Clinton narrowly won the caucus over rival Bernie Sanders; Clinton’s margin of victory was a few delegates and about 0.3 percentage points, making Monday’s results the closest in the state’s caucus history.

“Both the Sanders and Clinton campaigns have flagged a very small number of concerns for us, and we are looking at them all on a case-by-case basis,” Iowa Democratic Party spokesman Sam Lau told The Des Moines Register. Read more at The Des Moines Register.
