The Centers for Disease Control may recommend wearing two masks — one over the other — to keep at bay the more contagious variants of the coronavirus, according to Anthony Fauci.
The CDC and Fauci discussed the matter Monday but the agency doesn’t yet have the data to make any formal recommendation, he said Tuesday during a Washington Post event. Still, “it makes common sense” to increase protection, Fauci said.
The infectious disease expert has previously endorsed double-masking given the new strains of the virus.

People have always said I’m two-faced, so I guess 2 masks will suit me well. But I’ll have to set aside some of my budget for the extra mask, which means I’ll now have to order my pizza without the extra cheese.
Fauci should set an example of how to save the environment and to save us from covid at the same time: he should reuse some supermarket shopping bags, make himself a mask out of two layers of polyethylene, make sure it tightly fits, and wear it for at least 5 minutes or so.

I’m PRO wearing masks indoors(even if there very little chance they will help) .I think that part of the reason people don’t is because Fauci and co used so little common sense when it came to imposing Corona restrictions.
