FBI Now 99% Certain at Least 5 Foreign Agencies Hacked Into Hillary’s Server

Independent Journal Review reports: The Hillary Clinton email scandal was never about “email.” It was always about the carelessness and hubris of one of the highest officials in the U.S. government to set up an unsecured private email server with the intention of maintaining a shroud of secrecy and shirking public accountability.

Not only were Clinton’s actions manifestly arrogant and dismissive of her role as a public servant, her illicit communications arrangement with members of her inner circle at the State Department, such as aides Huma Abedin, Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson, constitute a willful circumvention of national security measures designed to protect the state secrets of the U.S. government.

Now, Kyle Becker reports for Independent Journal Review that FBI sources “livid” at the unwillingness of The Department of Justice, headed by partisan Attorney General Loretta Lynch, to prosecute a case against Mrs. Clinton for violations of federal law have reached out to veteran Fox News anchor Bret Baier with information that exposes the extent that her unlawful transmission of classified material compromised U.S. national security.

The Fox News anchor reported last on “Special Report”:

“We’ve learned that there is a confidence from these sources that her server had been hacked,” Baier said. “And that it was a 99 percent accuracy that it had been hacked by at least five foreign intelligence agencies, and they believe things have been taken from that.”

The Clinton campaign has demanded that U.S. intelligence investigate alleged Russian hacking of the DNC, Democratic Party organizations, and the campaign itself. It is apparent that it will not be asking government bodies to confirm the report of FBI sources that her private email server was indeed hacked by foreign intelligence agencies.

On Wednesday, U.S. Senator Ron Johnson argued that Hillary Clinton’s actions are, potentially, grounds for impeachment:

Johnson cited 18 U.S. Code 793 (f) and 18 U.S. Code 2071, which have to do with the willful destruction or removal from proper custody of information relating to national defense.

There are at least 11 federal laws that Hillary Clinton’s actions violated or came dangerously close to doing so. As also reported by Bret Baier, FBI sources say agents are pushing towards “likely an indictment.”
