More than 100 people protested outside a Ferguson, Missouri, convenience store Sunday night after news emerged that a documentary with unreleased surveillance footage suggests that the late Michael Brown did not rob the business, as was claimed by police after the unarmed black teen was fatally shot in August 2014. The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported that, at about midnight Monday, multiple shots were heard from across Ferguson Market. No injuries or arrests were reported.

Filmmaker Jason Pollock told The New York Times he believes the documentary footage shows that Brown did not commit the crime he was posthumously accused of. Brown, 18, was fatally shot by Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson, who is white, in the minutes after an incident at the store, leading to mass protests in the city and across the U.S. Jay Kanzler, a lawyer for the store’s owners, has said the surveillance footage is misleading because it was edited for the documentary, and the full video will be released Monday. Brown’s family and police officials have had the video for a long time, said Kanzler. Read more at CBS NEWS.
