Fired NYPD cop Daniel Pantaleo will sue Police Commissioner James O’Neill in a bid to win back his job, his lawyer said Monday.
Pantaleo will file a suit under Article 78 of the state Civil Practice Law and Rules, lawyer Stuart London said. Pantalei was fired in the aftermath of an internal probe into the choking death of Eric Garner, whose demise led to the rise of the BLM movement.
The provision allows people to appeal decisions by government officials or agencies through the courts on grounds that they were “arbitrary and capricious.”
If successful, Pantaleo would get reinstated to the NYPD and be awarded damages for lost wages.

Watch the video of Mr. Garner’s murder. Mr. Pantaleo had no reason to continue chocking Mr. Garner once he was down. He was also screaming, “I can’t breath 11 times”. There were 4 other cops there to continue the arrest. Mr. Garner was murdered by Mr. Pantaleo. He should not get his job back. He should be in jail.

With all due respect. We are all proud of you for watching the video before passing judgement, but not so proud that you forgot that all the judges and juries carefully carefully watched the exact same video, before deciding to dismiss the charges against him.
Why should this former cop sue the taxpayers? What did we do wrong? You know, we idiots, are the gullible ones who pay for these frivolous lawsuits.
This guy is not only a ‘dumb cop’ an idiot & a killer; but also with a limited amount of “Grey matter” in his “goyishe kop”!
He should thank his ‘lucky stars’ that he got away with only a ‘firing’ from his job! He could have been charged with second degree murder, possibly convicted, & rotted in prison for years & years. He’d best just ‘shut up’, fade away & disappear into oblivion.
BTW. Just came to mind. He could surely get a job as an ICE guard. Would fit right in with those “Chuleganes”! LOL.
