The first of the collapsed building tragedy in Surfside, Florida have been taken from the rubble.
Rescue workers worked for hours to stabilize the area to make it safe for them to attempt rescue and recovery operations.
With the scene now secure, rescue crews are desperately searching for anyone who may have survived the collapse and are buried inside the rubble.
According to reports, two deceased individuals have been pulled from the wreckage, and no survivors have yet been found.
