This Monday evening, June 5th, at 8:00 pm, at the Young Israel of Woodmere, a community azkara will take place in memory of Rav Binyomin Kamenetzky zt”l, founder of Yeshiva of South Shore and the Young Israel of Woodmere who was influential in the founding of many other institutions in the Five Towns community.
The azkarah will feature divrei zikaron from Rabbi Raphael Pelcovitz, Rabbi Kenneth Hain, Rabbi Hershel Billet and Rabbi Shmuel Dishon.
Mincha will be at 7:45, followed by the program at 8 p.m. There will be separate seating for men and women.
