Former Israeli minister accused of spying for Iran, Gonen Segev, allegedly provided Tehran with “dozens of reports” with the intention of harming Israel’s national security, a redacted version of his indictment released by the prosecution on Wednesday said.

On May 18, 2018, Segev was arrested and indicted, with the approval of the Attorney General and State Attorney, for numerous offenses related to espionage and assisting an enemy in time of war, “with the intention of damaging the security of the state.”
