The IDF revealed the names of four more soldiers who have died in the current operations. They are:
Sergeant Major Gideon Ilani, 35, from Asael, who died in Gaza.
Sergeant Major Etay Perry, 36, from Modi’in, who fell in battle in the southern Gaza Strip.
Major (res.) Eviatar Cohen, 42, from Kfar Saba, who also fell in battle in the southern Gaza Strip.
Major Gal Becher, 34, from Oranit, who died in a military accident in southern Israel.
Additionally, a reservist sustained serious injuries in a southern Gaza Strip battle.
On Sunday, acting on precise intelligence from the IDF and Israel Security Agency, the Israeli Air Force eliminated the new commander of Hamas’ Shuja’iyya Battalion, Emad Krikae. Krikae, the former Deputy Commander of Hamas’ Shuja’iyya Battalion since 2019, and responsible for anti-tank missile training in the Gaza City Brigade, participated in anti-tank missile fire and terrorist raids within Israeli territory. The previous commander of the Hamas battalion had been killed earlier in the ongoing conflict.
