In an interview with Newsmax, former Mayor of New York City, Rudy Giuliani, asserted that the recently disclosed document presented to the House Oversight Committee indicates that President Joe Biden and his son, Hunter Biden, may have committed “perhaps 10-12 significant felonies” in their business dealings overseas while Joe Biden was serving as Vice President.
During “The Count”, Giuliani questioned the fairness of the law enforcement system, stating, “How can you honestly claim that the law is applied equally when Hunter Biden remains free, despite the existence of evidence in the possession of the FBI that could easily lead to the conviction of him and his father for potentially 10-12 major felonies? The document they are referring to, the $10 million bribe from Mykola Zlochevsky, is just the tip of the iceberg.”
According to The New York Post, Zlochevsky, the owner of Burisma, allegedly confessed to an FBI informant that he had paid $5 million each to the then-Vice President and his son to obstruct a criminal investigation into his energy company. At that time, Hunter Biden held a paid position on the board of Burisma.
As stated in the report, Representatives Anna Paulina Luna, R-Fla., and Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., both acknowledged the allegations made by Zlochevsky in a document presented to the committee by the agency earlier in the week.
Luna, in the report, asserted, “There were two separate transactions: one involving $5 million paid to Joe Biden and another $5 million paid to Hunter Biden. I have no doubt that Joe Biden is guilty of bribery.”
Greene, also mentioned in the report, claimed that the payments were made to Joe Biden in exchange for his role in the firing of Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin in 2016, during the time when Joe Biden served as Vice President under former President Barack Obama.
The Post reported that Joe Biden had publicly boasted about using the leverage of $1 billion in U.S. loans to Ukraine as a means to secure the firing of Shokin.
According to Giuliani, the document came to light after an FBI agent sought to corroborate the information provided by Giuliani regarding the Biden family’s business dealings with foreign entities.
Giuliani contended, “They manipulated the 2020 election by suppressing the hard drive of Hunter Biden’s laptop. The hard drive contains a comprehensive account of crimes committed by Joe Biden and his family over the past 30 years. It is meticulously described by Hunter. However, the majority of the American establishment and newspapers chose to suppress it. This alone renders the 2020 election fraudulent.”
Giuliani expressed his belief that while Joe Biden and his family remain untouched, the Department of Justice is pursuing a criminal indictment against former President Donald Trump for what should be handled as a civil matter.
He stated, “Five or ten years ago, I would have never imagined that something like this could occur in our country. These are the kinds of actions that were associated with communist countries, not the United States of America.”

Obviously if biden’s guilt is so clear to a dolt like Rudy, the orange loser should also be charged with deriliction of duty for not locking him up when he was president for four years. Perhaps had he read the (classified) briefing papers his DOJ kept preparing for him, and played less golf, he would have.
Won’t matter one bit. Merrick Garland has promised the Biden family, that as a paid employee, he will never investigate or bring charges against his boss.
