Rudy Giuliani has been informed he is a target of the criminal 2020 election investigation in Fulton County, Georgia, according to a report, the Washington Examiner reports. Giuliani, who served as former President Donald Trump’s private attorney, is scheduled to testify later this week, a New York Times reporter added.
A judge ordered him to appear before the Fulton County special grand jury investigating possible crimes in the 2020 election on Aug. 17.
A person being deemed a target in an investigation means that “whatever has been unearthed in this investigation suggests you may have committed a crime,” CBS News legal correspondent Paula Reid said when defining the term “target.”

“Great!”, Giuliani told reporters on Monday. “So now it’s a crime to make accusations of election fraud?! In that case, will every Democratic lawmaker and politician whose made similar claims in the past be targeted in criminal investigations? Do they even have enough prison cells to lock up so many Dems? I don’t think so.”
Giuliani added: “One thing I can tell you, while I don’t believe they’ll ever target the Dems, if they DO target them, I’m not sharing my prison cell with any of them. I’d rather sit in solitary confinement than shoot the breeze all day with Nancy Pelosi.”
“Do they even have enough prison cells to lock up so many Dems? I don’t think so.” Wrong. Gitmo, not only near Cuba. The US has several Gitmos and Trump even expanded it.
