What is the Yeshiva Behind ChanceX12 All About?
Chinuch is so much more than the sum total of academic successes. These are the principles that Mesivta Shaarei Adirim was founded on and these are the principles its unique raffle campaign continues to perpetuate.
In it’s first-of-a-kind raffle, ChanceX12, Mesivta Shaarei Adirim is offering participants a chance to win $10,000 – each month! There’s nothing typical about this raffle and there’s nothing typical about the yeshiva it supports.
Nestled in the Midwest, under the leadership of Rabbi Mordechei Elbaum, Rabbi Avrohom Yitzchak Ausband, and Rabbi Shlomo Caplan, the unique Makom Torah empowers its talmidim to be successful–not just in the classroom, but at life.
Its curriculum is designed for every boy to shine, providing opportunities for success alongside the traditional academic curriculum, like photography, wood-working, martial arts, and more. But these courses are not arbitrarily chosen as fun and unique outlets. Each program is carefully cultivated to help boys develop life skills in specific areas, including physical strength, teamwork, and self-confidence. After all, with the requisite confidence that comes with mastering a skill, comes the confidence to master all areas of life.
Recently, in order to raise the necessary funds in order to continue its vital work, the yeshiva rolled out a unique raffle campaign –ChanceX12.
Here’s how it works:
- Participants enroll once –committing for the year with a $36 monthly donation –and will have the chance to win $10,000 each month. That’s 12 chances to win and 12 times the fun!
- Only 3,500 tickets are available in total, and with 12 chances to win, that brings your odds of winning to 1/292.
- Finally, all proceeds benefit Mesivta Shaarei Adirim. Maaser money may be used towards ticket purchases for this raffle, as per Dayan Harav Shmuel Fuerst of Chicago, Illinois.
