Crime-prevention group Guardian Angels said it will start patrolling neighborhoods with large Jewish populations in Brooklyn following recent attacks that have taken place in the region since Hanukkah started.
According to NBC News, Curtis Sliwa, who founded the group in 1979, said they plan to begin patrols in areas like Crown Heights and Williamsburg starting this week.
The New York Police Department will also reportedly be increasing its presence in Jewish neighborhoods in Brooklyn following the attacks.

Ask the “leaders” of the community or some of our “esteemed” Community organizations why they support the left wing, toeivah, LBGQVRBMT, and all the other lowlife, politicians who are opposed to our Torah Values why they support these ousvorfs. They will give you philosophical or wisecrack answers like “That’s just the way it is” or “No one can beat him” or “My Askan or Rabbi told me to vote this way”. Some will give you a more honest answer “We need housing vouchers. We will vote for the one who gives us the most vouchers” or “They support my/our institutions” or “they direct $$$$$ to our organization” All Excuses!!!!! Wake up Yidden! You’re not brain dead or schvartzes. Elections have consequences!!! How many of you voted for Obama? Fools. How many of you voted for DeBalsio? How many of you voted for Fat Nadler, Schumer, Gillibrand, or any of the other menuvalim who run your city or state. Start doing your own research on the candidates. Register yourselves as Republicans to send your left wing politicians a message, then Vote Republican. You’ll be surprised how the politicians will start to take notice.
I never vote Democratic in a general election but registering as a Republican in New York is basically giving away your right to vote. End of the day the Democratic nominee bad as he or she is will win anyway. The only question is how bad will the Democrat be? How much more will they care about the criminal than the victim? How much more will they care about forcing the views of the toevah crowd on everyone than making sure things are livable in NY? Etc?That is decided in the primaries which if you are registered as a Republican you can’t vote in. If all frum people are registered as Republicans the Democrats still won’t give a hoot about them. They can’t vote anyway
I’m sorry but you are incorrect. Pols look carefully at Party registration in their districts. If they see that the other party is starting to raise their percentages then they either panic or they start to notice that area and pay some attention to that constituency. The “Party”, Dem or Rep also looks for trends in party registration and affiliation and funds the districts that they think their candidates can win. Most Congressional Districts on New York are gerrymandered to have fewer than 28% registered Republicans which makes it nearly impossible for a Republican to win in that district. When Republican registration goes over the 28% mark the Dems worry. If it keeps trending up to over 30% they panic. Over 33% they have a good chance of losing the seat. It doesn’t always work out this way but this is the rule of thumb. We have to all start registering and re-registering as Republicans and win a couple of Congressional seats and hopefully a few state and local elections. Don’t sit on your hands. With all those Left-Wing Looney Democrats in office things will only get worse.
