Senior Hamas official Khalil al-Hayya warned the Palestinian Authority (PA) against placing new sanctions on Gaza.

Following Abbas’s threat to cut funding to Gaza, al-Hayya said that if Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas decides to punish Gaza, he will find himself isolated and lacking influence.

“Anyone who punishes our nation does not represent it,” he said.

  1. Abbas/Fatah and Hamas are indeed not the same. Abbas/Fatah are sly fox; what they say is just the opposite of they believe in and do. They try to show the world how morally friendly and good they are with Israel, but to their own people they’re the same terrorists and as violent as Hamas or even worse.
    With Hamas, on the other hand, you know where you’re standing. They’re not trying to hide their brutality and terrorism. They say out right and act on it too.
