William Barr, the former Attorney General under Donald Trump, expressed his belief that the former president is in serious trouble following his indictment by the federal government for mishandling classified documents. Barr made these remarks during an appearance on “Fox News Sunday,” where he discussed the unsealed 37-count indictment against Trump.
According to Barr, the government’s actions were responsible, while it was Trump who acted irresponsibly. He stated, “They’re solid counts. Even if half of this is true, he’s toast.” Despite acknowledging that he believed Trump had been treated unfairly in the FBI’s investigation into alleged collusion during the “Russiagate” probe, as well as in the hush money case brought by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, Barr stressed that the charges relating to Trump’s possession of classified government documents at his Mar-a-Lago estate after leaving the White House were of significant concern.
Barr expressed shock at the sensitivity and sheer volume of the documents in question. During the interview with host Shannon Bream, he stated, “I was shocked by the degree of the sensitivity of these documents and how many there were, quite frankly.”
Refuting claims by Trump and his allies that he is a victim of a witch-hunt, Barr deemed such assertions as “ridiculous.” He firmly stated, “[Trump] is not a victim here. He was totally wrong.”
Barr further criticized Trump’s behavior towards federal authorities, describing them as initially “very deferential” to the former president, but claiming that Trump had “jerked them around.”
Moreover, Barr called out Trump’s dissemination of “big lies,” including the notion that he possesses complete authority to declassify documents. While Barr acknowledged that there might be an argument for declassifying Trump’s personal correspondence, he emphasized that the same does not hold true for national security or other government documents protected under the Espionage Act. Barr clarified that these documents are considered “official documents” rather than Trump’s personal belongings that he can retain.

Thanx Bill. We’re all set now.
Another lie as Barr was dealt with almost 2 years ago.
I’m glad AG Barr made these comments and has thus clarified the case for us! AG Bill Barr is an upright individual who is much more trustworthy in the eyes of rational thinking people than that of the former president. Donald J. Trump has done some amazing things for Israel and for Jews overall while in office but he is not clean. He comes with enormous baggage. We don’t need him back! We need a decent person. There are far better choices out there. I’d love to see a DeSantis/Nikki Haley ticket.
A former AG commenting on a case before it’s tried, this is what our country has become. Kamala will step in soon and the dam will burst. All you giddy Trump haters get ready for seismic tremors in the USA.
Yidden, get out while you can, especially before your bank assets are seized.
So where should we flee to? No place on earth is safe anymore.
Barr should perhaps talk to Mr. Dershowitz who says, that for most of the 37 counts Trump has nothing to worry about. The only thing they may have him on is the recording where he tells a book writer he has unclassified documents. Then I heard some other lawyer last night saying a similar sentiment, but added as a first-time offender for a non-violent crime even if he is convicted he will probably get probation.
Now I know for fact that Barr is part of “DEEP STATE”.
Did nothing about Joe and Hillary, yet Trump “jerked them around.”
The Swamp was Drained, as Real News above said: 2 years ago.
Trump begs to be right.
No stake in Salem has his name. He won’t be burned, just indicted.
The boat is the hunt.
Get off or not.
