Congress voted to cut Amtrak funding by $242 million, while at the same time approving video cameras to record train engineers.
The move to install cameras comes after an Amtrak engineer was questioned following a deadly derailment in Philadelphia last month.
The new funding package contains $9 million directed toward the inward-facing cameras. Read more at The Huffington Post.
