House GOP Moves to Impeach IRS Commish

The House is moving to impeach the IRS commissioner John Koskinen for breach of trust.

Republican Rep. Jason Chaffetz tweeted that he and 18 other committee members had filed the paperwork to move forward with charging Koskinen with “destruction of evidence and false statements under oath among the charges.”

The last time a cabinet officer or agency head was impeached was in 1876. Read more at The Wall Street Journal.
