Two weeks after the U.S. House passed a bill repealing parts of Obamacare, the legislation has still not been sent to the Senate—and that may result in the House being forced to vote on the measure again.

According to Bloomberg, House Speaker Paul Ryan hasn’t yet sent the bill onward because “there’s a chance that parts of it may need to be redone, depending on how the Congressional Budget Office estimates its effects.” The latest CBO scoring is expected to arrive next week and could drastically change how the bill is received. “House leaders want to make sure the bill conforms with Senate rules for reconciliation, a mechanism that allows Senate Republicans to pass the bill with a simple majority,” Bloomberg noted. Read more at BLOOMBERG.
