Former GOP presidential candidate former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee weighed in on Sen. Ted Cruz and Ohio Gov. John Kasich’s coordinated plan to stop Donald Trump in upcoming primaries.
“Cruz, Kasich join forces to stop Trump. I wish they wanted to stop Hillary and much as they did the Republican who is beating both of them,” Huckabee posted on Twitter late Sunday night, Breitbart reports.
As reported earlier by Matzav.com, the Kasich and Cruz campaigns announced Sunday night that Cruz will focus on Indiana and Kasich will focus on Oregon and New Mexico in order to prevent Trump from obtaining 1,237 delegates to obtain the GOP nomination ahead of the Republican National Convention in July.
