Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee is expected to launch his 2016 presidential bid Tuesday morning from his home state. An ordained Southern Baptist minister, the socially conservative Huckabee swept the Iowa Republican caucus in 2008 before losing the nomination.

“I hear some people say we’re going to have to have someone who knows how to fight,” Huckabee told supporters last month. “I’ll tell you what: If you battled the political machine that I battled, you know how to fight.” Read more at The New York Times.

  1. What a red herring. He knows he has no chance of winning. This is just an image boost so he can get better jobs in the media when he’s done and higher speaking fees. Barely newsworthy.

  2. If Santorum is not running, Mike will get my vote. A good friend of the Jewish people. A very moral man who is not afraid to voice his values. A candidate a Ben Torah can confidently vote for.
