Hunter Biden arrived in court this morning to plead guilty to two misdemeanor charges of failure to pay income tax—part of a plea deal with the Justice Department that will spare him from prosecution on a firearms charge.

The president’s son could receive no jail time if the judge approves the deal, which would see Biden admit to skirting more than $100,000 in taxes in both 2017 and 2018. He could face up to a year in prison for each charge, but the Associated Press reported that prosecutors will likely recommend probation instead.

As for the gun charge, Biden was accused of lying about being a drug user on a form when buying a gun in 2018. Read more at USA Today.

    • He’s not around anymore. He was dealt with together with his father almost 4 years ago and it had nothing to do with tax shmax and everything to do with horrific crimes they committed against children – basically in Ukraine’s DUMBS.
