Iconic Feldman’s Grocery in Lakewood to Close as “Mom and Pop” to Move to Israel

Feldman’s Grocery and Appetizing, an iconic store on Clifton Avenue in Lakewood, NJ, will be closing. The owners, R’ and Mrs. Aharon Feldman, known fondly as “Mom and Pop,” will be moving to Eretz Yisroel.

The store has been a beloved grocery in Lakewood selling groceries, appetizing products, and more. Many shoppers do their WIC shopping in Feldman’s, while picking up some of the most delicious appetizing items and herring for Shabbos.

“The Feldmans are part of our families,” said one shopper. “It’s hard to imagine them somewhere else.”
