Nitzan Schessler, a 21-year-old from Chadeira, has been killed in a battle in the southern Gaza Strip.
Alongside him, a reservist sustained serious injuries in the same confrontation.
Furthermore, a soldier belonging to the 603rd Engineering Battalion was seriously injured in a separate battle in the southern Gaza Strip.
523 IDF soldiers have been killed in this war. Among them, over 300 soldiers fell on October 7th, and 188 lost their lives in battles within the Gaza Strip since the initiation of the ground operation.
Over 2,500 soldiers have been injured since the commencement of the war. Currently, 41 remain hospitalized in serious condition. 136 hostages are still held in captivity in Gaza.
