The Israel Defense Forces said on Sunday that it had arrested three Palestinians as they attempted to cross over into Israel from the Gaza Strip.
The military said in a statement that one of the suspects was carrying a knife, and that the detainees were taken to a nearby facility for questioning.
Motive behind the incident was still being investigated, the military added.
