Do you want to lead a healthy and productive life? Always be prepared for any medical emergency.

Take medical insurance cover for you and the whole family, and don’t forget to stock up on some basic remedies in your cabinet.

As you undertake daily work routines, you’re likely to develop minor health problems. Some of the issues don’t require urgent medical attention, and you can deal with it personally without visiting a health care facility. Good examples are occasional headaches, stress, insomnia, and minor injuries.

What are some of the medicines you might need in your cabinet?

Everyone experiences minor health problems at home, at work, or even when relaxing in front of their favourite จีคลับ game. You can avoid hospital visits and the costs associated with it by sourcing the following medical supplies.

1) Painkillers

Headaches, muscle pains, inflammation, toothache are common minor health problems. When these occur, you want to be able to deal with it before you seek professional medical attention.

The best approach is to stock up on painkillers, like Paracetamol or Ibuprofen. Without painkillers, you won’t be able to concentrate on your work or get any sleep if the throbbing pain becomes overwhelming.

2) Anti-depressants

Stress, pressures, and cares of this world make it impossible to go for days without breaking down. Frustrations can get the better of you, leaving you feeling drained, with clouded thoughts and problematic decision-making.

When you have anti-depressants in your locker, you can turn to the pills anytime you feel depressed, anxious, or out of control. You’ll feel better and be able to carry on with life.

DISCLAIMER: If you feel the depression is getting out of hand, seek medical attention immediately.

3) Anti-insomnia drugs

Sleeping disorders are another common health problem that many people experience. Some people still think it’s normal to have sleeping difficulties, but ongoing insomnia could lead to severe health complications if left untreated.

The sooner you deal with it, the better. One way to do that is to stock up anti-insomnia medication.

It comes in handy when you start experiencing sleeplessness.

If you suspect there’s an underlying issue, consult with your doctor.

First aid kit

When you walk, work, or rest, you never know what can happen. You can trip, slide, cut yourself, fall off your seat, or bump your head. You’re never far away from potential injuries (it’s why most of us choose medical insurance as a cover).

A first aid kit with bandages and other medication can alleviate injuries and provide temporary relief. You can get a kit cheaply at your local pharmacy or a supermarket near you.

Once you buy a kit, make sure it is always equipped, by replacing the used treatments and expired medication. It’s always good to ensure that you’re prepared to take care of any health problem that you or your loved ones might experience. You should never lack emergency drugs in your cabinet.

If you’re not sure about which medications to stock, feel free to consult with your doctor. Life is always good when you know your health is well-covered.

  1. Oy vey. This can’t be right. Except for the first aid kit, & Tylenol or Motrin, medicine cabinets should not be “stocked” with prescription drugs. As always, individuals with urgent issues must be treated, but you don’t want NEW PROBLEMS….Those who disagree, kindly do so with courtesy, thank you.

  2. I don’t understand either. If someone regularly uses a drug, say they have malaria, it might make sense to get an extra couple of weeks’ supply, as there can be a pandemia, after a public address by the President of the USA the supply chain may be depleted for nearly a month (Had I written this in January, I would have been prescribed anti-psychotics). But if someone does not use a certain medication regularly, it will simply expire and be a waste of medication and money.
