IN LIGHT OF MERON TRAGEDY: Foreign Nationals Can Now Receive Permits to Leave Israel and Return

In light of the unspeakable tragedy in Meron on Lag Ba’omer that claimed 46 lives and injured many more, special permits are now being granted by the Israel government to foreign nationals who wish to leave Israel for a period of time and then return, allowing students and others connected to the tragedy to be with family during this trying time.

Please note that this permits only allows foreign nationals in Israel to travel out. It does not permit those outside of Israel to enter in order to visit relatives inside the country.
