On Wednesday evening, a senior Israeli official refuted a report by Zman Yisrael suggesting talks between Israel and the Congo regarding the relocation of thousands of Gazans. Speaking anonymously, the official dismissed the notion that Gazans are willing to emigrate voluntarily and deemed it a baseless illusion. The official clarified that Israel is not engaged in any discussions on this matter with any country.

“There are those in Israel who think that there is a willingness on the part of Gazans to emigrate voluntarily,” said the official in a briefing to Israeli journalists on condition of anonymity. “It’s a baseless illusion in my opinion. No country will absorb 2 million people, or 1 million, or 100,000, or 5,000. I don’t know where that idea came from.

“It could be between Congo and Gazans, but Israel is not conducting any talks with any country on this issue,” the official continued. “I don’t want to say it’s fake, but it can’t be through us since we have no connection to it. [The Congo] can talk to the Gazans and ask them to move to Congo.”

Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich and National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir’s calls for resettling Gazans outside the Strip have garnered international condemnation.

Zman Yisrael reported alleged secret talks within Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu’s coalition for accepting thousands of Gazan immigrants in Congo and other nations. A senior source in the security cabinet claimed Congo’s willingness to accept migrants and ongoing talks with other countries. Prime Minister Netanyahu mentioned efforts to facilitate voluntary migration, seeking countries willing to absorb Gazans. France, Germany, and the United States have condemned Smotrich and Ben Gvir’s idea of “voluntary emigration.”

The U.S. State Department, through spokesman Matthew Miller, labeled the comments as “inflammatory and irresponsible.”

Israeli policymakers grapple with the post-war order in Gaza, postponing a high-stakes meeting due to the strike on senior Hamas leader Saleh Al-Arouri in Beirut. The meeting, now scheduled for Thursday evening, will explore recommendations from the National Security Council and the Strategic Affairs Ministry for the aftermath of the war, including the role of UNRWA.

  1. i don’t see the problem. let’s talk about moving Gazans out to nicer countries!
countries where there is no apartheid, where Hamas can do whatever it wants without being bombed
non-proportional, where they can live in a clean environment without dying from their own filth…
    I have a dream…

  2. Sending Palestinians or Gazans to Europe is not wise,
because they will harass and attack Jews in Europe.

Sending Palestinians or Gazans to North America is not wise,
because they will harass and attack Jews in North America.

The best way to deal with the so-called “Palestinians”
is to send them [with one-way tickets] to the prison-like
detention centers in China’s northwestern region of Xinjiang.

These are the same detention centers where millions
of China’s Muslims are forced to live, right now.

The Chinese are experts at dealing with Muslim terrorists.
And nobody criticizes them for it, not even the Arab nations.

In Xinjiang, the Palestinians and Gazans will be forced to abandon Islam.
They will also be given drugs, so they cannot have children.
And nobody will criticize them for it, not even the Arab nations.

And if they complain, then they will suddenly vanish,
and soon after, their organs will be sold on the Black Market.
This happens every day in China, and they are NEVER criticized for it!!

After a few months in cruel China, so-called “Palestinians”
will become nostalgic for “the good old days”,
when they were ruled by merciful-and-generous Israel.
But then, it will be too late for them.

    After many years, so-called “Palestinians”
    will forget about so-called “Palestine”.
