Israel’s diplomatic missions abroad increased their alert level, Channel 12 reported Saturday.
Jewish communities across the world are also said to be taking extra precautions, the report adds.
The increased alert, which Israel’s Foreign Ministry did not give any comments on, comes in the wake of the assassination of Iran’s nuclear mastermind near Tehran.
The Islamic Republic officials were quick to point at the Jewish state as the likely perpetrator behind the killing of Mohsen Fakhrizadeh.
