Police have arrested two leaders from the Ben Tzion programme and have placed a third under house arrest.

One of the girls killed in the flood texted friends the day before her death warning that she thought it was unsafe to be out in the severe weather.
“I cannot believe I’m going on a trip in such weather,” she told friends on WhatsApp. “It doesn’t make sense for us to go to a place where everything is flooding. It’s tempting fate — we’re going to die, I’m serious.” Read more.
