Israel opened an embassy in Rwanda at the country’s capital Kigali this morning.
Rwandas Foreign Affairs minister, Richard Sezibera presided over the early-morning opening ceremony, which drew a number of senior government officials, ambassadors and representatives of the private sector.
The inauguration comes after the two countries established diplomatic ties in June 2014, following the signature of a partnership agreement hat established the a forum for consultations between the two countries.
