As Israel extended its lockdown for another four days and continued to progress with its fast-paced immunization scheme, morbidity rates due to the spread of the coronavirus remained high in the country.
“We would like to place a warning sign here: the country is not on its way to clench a victory over the coronavirus,” Prof Ali Waxman of the Weizmann Institute of Science told cabinet ministers Sunday night during the lockdown extension discussion, outlet Calcalist reported Monday.
“The successful vaccination campaign by itself will not solve the crisis in the near future, and an unregulated exit from the current lockdown will lead to a severe morbidity wave,” Waxman was quoted as stipulating.

Why is the headline and leading picture about Pfizer when the article has absolutely nothing to do with the vaccine?? If folks would behave themselves, you know like not squishing thousands of people together for a levaya, maybe then this virus can be fought back. The problems in Israel have nothing to do with The efficacy rate of the vaccine and everything to do with human behavior (after the Ribono Shel Olam of course).
3 million non-masked people people squished together in President Trump’s rally on Jan 6 and nobody got sick and neither did anyone get sick in huge protests anywhere. By the way, in 2020 there were fewer deaths than in previous years. You’re too brainwashed from msm without any common sense.
Indeed the vaccines were never designed to prevent you from getting infected, they were designed to prevent you from dying if you did get infected. And they are doing that. But people who aren’t vaccinated are every bit as vulnerable as before. Those who are refusing vaccinations are playing Russian Roulette.

Speaking to relatives in Yerushalayim, many many people who get the vaccine end up pretty sick with corona virus within a few days to 3 weeks. Like Rav Sheiner and Rav Twerski.
But lets just be kofrim and say that it’s just a coincidence that the country with the highest percentage vaccinated (30%) has the most deadly cases in the past month. 33% of covid deaths in Isreal were in Jan 2021 alone! And 66% in the 10 months before it. And most of Jan was spent in lockdown getting vaccines to everyone. But don’t think too much about it, please. Just accept the “fact” that all vaccines are safe and effective no matter if it’s a brand new technology for a brand new virus. Please, just follow the herd…
