Yosi Barkan, the exterminator responsible for the deaths of four-year-old Yael and one-year-old Avigail Gross in January 2014, is to be charged with manslaughter, State Prosecutor Shai Nitzan recently decided.
The Grosses’ two sons, five-year-old Yitzchok Eizik and seven-year-old Shlomo, survived the poisoning after a long convalescence.
Eighteen months ago, the children’s parents, Shimon and Michal Gross, were blessed with a baby boy. Last year, it was reported that the couple intended to sue Barkan for eleven million shekels.
