Israel’s Voter Turnout Slightly Higher Than Previous Elections

Voter turnout numbers began Tuesday with a boost in comparison to Israel’s elections five months ago, rising to 1.5% by 4 pm, according to the Central Election Committee.

Updated figures put voter participation at 36.5% by 4 pm local time, marking a 1.5% increase from last elections. Two hours earlier, with voting rate at 36.5%, the gap stood higher at 0.7%.

According to Hebrew-language Ynet outlet, the turnout thus far is very similar to Israel’s elections in 2015 and 2013.

  1. Israel need to start planning for new elections. There’s so much voter fraud going on and people are really mad. In many cities voter cards are stolen and the real voters are refused to vote “again”.
