President Trump’s senior adviser believes it’s “unrealistic” to expect her to advise and influence the president’s decisions. “Some people have created unrealistic expectations of what they expect from me,” Ivanka Trump, who is also the president’s daughter, said in a new interview with the Financial Times. “That my presence in and of itself would carry so much weight with my father that he would abandon his core values and the agenda that the American people voted for when they elected him. The younger Trump instead said she should be judged by her accomplishments in the policy areas designated to her, such as gender equality in the workplace. Read more at the FINANCIAL TIMES.
