“People yawn. That yawn is the greatest compliment an inventor can receive … Right now I see Amazon at its most inventive ever, making it an optimal time for this transition.”
Huh? What in the world is he talking about? I yawn all the time, especially when I sit down to learn with my chavrusa in the evenings. The yetzer horah knows how to pull out those yawns as soon as I want to be mikayim the greatest mitzvah.
One night, a friend of mine complained to me that he couldn’t fall asleep. I quickly gave him my secret, homemade concoction of warm milk, almonds etc. He yawned, but of course that yawn was the greatest compliment an inventor of sleep inducing recipes can receive. As he fell asleep shortly thereafter, I couldn’t help but think about the potential boatloads of money I could make with this concoction. As these thoughts filled my mind, I found it difficult to fall asleep, so I drank some of my secret concoction. Within 1 minute, I was yawning, 2 minutes later I fell asleep, and when I woke up I discovered that my friend had woken up before I did and had absconded with the slip of paper containing the secret recipe. 3 weeks have passed since this incident occurred, and I’ve barely slept, or yawned at all. I don’t remember the recipe.
Upon hearing Mr. Bezos decision to step down as Amazon CEO, one Bezos critic, who wishes to remain anonymous, said: “That is definitely a step in the right direction, ” this, according to various fictional news outlets, that have requested anonymity, due to the uncertainty of the their existence. Another Bezos critic, a right-wing pundit, added, “It’s a step in the proper direction, but I wouldn’t exactly it a step in the RIGHT direction. Nevertheless, if Bezos LEFT his post as CEO, it’s definitely a good thing. And maybe it was the RIGHT thing to do.”
So, your point is…………..
Bezos is one of the almost 14,000 CEO’s who have “resigned” since President Trump took office…
So how will this effect MY financial situation?
