Joan Dachs Bais Yaakov-Yeshivas Tiferes Tzvi in Chicago will be holding its 50th Anniversary Dinner tonight in Chicago. Hundreds of supporters, alumni and friends are expected to participate at the dinner, which will pay tribute to three of the community’s most distinguished families, who have contributed to the growth and development of the frum community of Chicago. They are Rabbi and Mrs. Yosef Davis, Rabbi and Mrs. Sidney Glenner, and Rabbi and Mrs. Yaakov Rajchenbach (seen above).
Rabbi Davis has served as president of Hanna Sacks Bais Yaakov and is currently Chairman of the Board of Telshe Yeshiva Chicago.
Rabbi Glenner has enriched the lives of the entire Chicago community through his tremendous accomplishments and benevolence.
Rabbi Rajchenbach plays an important role in Telshe Yeshiva in Chicago, the Chicago Community Kollel, Torah Umesorah, and other national and international organizations.
At the dinner, a son of each of the honorees will be serving as co-chairmen. Reb Nesanel Davis, Reb Daniel Glenner and Rabbi Chaim Rajchenbach are young askanim in the Chicago community, following in their parents’ footsteps.
