It was never about data ,its simple all the local town boards told the gov we dont want them , also a number of our own wrote to gov asking NOT to allow camps, he couldn’t stop the colonies , it will be a rough summer

What a stupid comparison to eating fish and meat together. I dont eat them together because my life is perfectly fine without it. But summer without camp is a total disaster, my kids are already hitting the roof, how much longer can they continue to suffer like this?
The “medical experts” of these days have shiown us they care more about politics and feelings than science.
Have you looked into the risk of keeping all these kids home especially after the being home for the last 23 month vs the risk of COVID-19?

The same people who are “so worried” about the children are the same people who sent sick patients back to the nursing homes and caused thousnads to die. They are also the same people who blocked people from taking medicationds that could have saved their lives.

I was talking about the entire atmosphere in our country, political , whether about the virus, riots, dumping on Trump for 4 years etc…I should have been more explicit.

Same here. I feel awful for my daughter who was looking forward to this summer for the longest time.

then everyone will go to camps outside new york state and then come back with or without the virus so basically mr. governor you didnt gain anything
