U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ginsburg has said that her cancer has returned, but ruled out retirement from the nation’s highest court.

Ginsburg, 87, said in a statement released by the Supreme Court on Friday that she has been receiving chemotherapy every two weeks since May 19, which has reduced lesions on her liver.

“I have often said I would remain a member of the court as long as I can do the job full-steam,” she said. “I remain fully able to do that.”

Ginsburg noted, “Immunotherapy first essayed proved unsuccessful. The chemotherapy course, however, is yielding positive results. Satisfied that my treatment course is now clear, I am providing this information.”

Ginsburg’s statement was released one day after she was released from Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore for the treatment of a possible infection.

Earlier this year, Ginsburg was hospitalized with an infection in her gallbladder, though she still participated in oral arguments. She said her recent hospitalizations were unrelated to cancer.

Ginsburg, who has sat on America’s highest court since 1993, has experienced a number of health issues over the past few years.

In August 2019, she underwent radiation for a tumor on her pancreas.

In December 2018, Ginsburg had surgery to remove cancerous nodules from her lungs.

  1. She’s an evil lady. She knows she can no longer do her job for which the taxpayers are funding her salary. She’s only staying in only that President Trump shouldn’t be the one to choose her replacement. She’s wicked to the end.

    • Ginsburg was coronavirused for her maasim tovim in Jan. 2019 as Fox News reported then. But President Trump is not ready for her replacement until the Draining of the Swamp will be complete. According to the numbers of the Invisible Enemies arrested, aka coronavirus cases, it will hopefully be very soon. Remember their storm when Trump appointed Kavanaugh?

    • So let’s do something about it ! Let’s go out in force, everyone who may vote and vote TRUMP 2020 for four more years.Hopefully, Trump will get the chance to replace her. Trump has his faults, but the alternative is a disaster for the US, for the Yidden in America and Eretz Israel, Joe Biden is not very much with it. Those manipulating him will have BLM rule the streets, לא עלינו .

  2. Pretty neat medicine. The log to the bottom of the sea can float forever. I guess she is likely well despite.

  3. The Forgotten Taxpayer is certainly correct in his assessment, but I think calling her evil is a bit extreme. She is Jewish, so we have to be careful what we say and think about her…

  4. To The Forgotten Taxpayer:
Please define for us what you think her job is, what exactly taxpayers are funding her to do, and what your evidence is that she’s not doing her job.
Also, what evidence you have that most taxpayers are not supportive of her trying to stay on, so that Trump won’t appoint her successor. The election will be decided by taxpayers, so if Biden wins, that would be a pretty good indication that most taxpayers would not have wanted Trump to appoint her successor.

  5. The Brazilians have a saying that translates to “a bad (or vicious) animal never dies”. We see this repeated again and again with people who are wicked and evil. They hang on for years while good people are taken young. Dovid hamelech himself referred to this in the opening to kapitl 2 in Tehilim.

That arabs, though, have another saying: “every dog’s day will eventually come”.

  6. I, for one, admire very deeply the dedication of Justice Ginsburg to her work and her determination towards what she perceives to be correct – can we say the same on both counts about ourselves? as well as her long-lasting marriage and the very fond, sweet words she always has for her late husband. She should have a refua shleima and outlive the USA and greet Moshiach.

    • Do you consider her support for toaiva marriage something to give her a bracha for? What about her support for a mother’s “right” to murder her defenseless baby? Is there no concept of schar vionesh? She leads a life that supports evil wicked laws that the Aibishter calls toaiva. How can you give such a person a bracha?! Would you of given the anshei sedom also a bracha?! Are YOU also rebelling against the Torah?! Your open minded liberalism goes against the Torah.

      • I don’t agree with many of her rulings, secular “marriage” is meaningless anyway. With regards to abortion, last time I checked it is allowed and sometimes mandated by the Torah – are YOU rebelling against the Torah?! Those who add to it will detract from it. I respect Catholics and their religion, and they should not use abortion if they believe it is forbidden, but that is not what WE believe, and I am very grateful the Catholics no longer have the authority to impose their religion upon us.

Anyway, Justice Ginsburg has had a long life, maybe you might consider that perhaps G-d is pleased with something she has been doing.

        • Rasha vitov loh. Sometimes an evil person lives long in this world in order to get all their schar/reward on this world. Then after they kick the bucket they go straight to purgatory.

    • “her determination towards what she perceives to be correct ”

You can’t deny that Adolf Eichmann showed extraordinary determination & dedication towards what he perceived to be correct. Did he also earn your bracha?

      • I must have missed Justice Ginsburg organizing the mass-murder of Yidden. Unless the conspiracy theory is correct and coronavirus is nothing else than a hoax to cover-up rounding-up and mass-murdering of Frum Yidden by the whatevers. In the meantime, thousands of real and precious and irreplaceable Jewish lives are lost so that the President can push his reelection narrative, or maybe that’s because of the ventilators operated by abortion-supporting doctors and nurses?!

        • Please enlighten us with where the Torah says abortion is muttar? I can’t wait to hear more of your extraordinary brilliance. Please proceed.
