Posting this can only lead to michsholim. This is for the UK area only and even then only bottles from that specific run. This is not relevant for the US.
Don’t you think you should have prominently stated the Kitniyos status immediately, not wayyyy down.
After all most of the viewers here are probably ashkaneizim.
Others may only glimpse at the first line or two and overlook this important point, sheesh no seichal!!
According to Wikipedia: Heinz manufactures all of its American tomato ketchup at two plants: one in Fremont, Ohio, and another in Muscatine, Iowa. Globally, Heinz produces ketchup and other tomato sauces in factories across the world , including the UK and the Netherlands. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heinz_Tomato_Ketchup
KF (Kosher Federation) is the kosher foods department of the Federation of Synagogues, based in London UK.
Can this alert be referring to Ketchup made in the UK?
I believe that that is precisely Mordechai’s point. Since it is ONLY permitted for ochlei kiyniyos, AND it is “widely distributed in the USA for Pesach” is can lead to a great michshol for Ashkenazi Jews, who, correctly so, keep their mesora/minhag of not eating kitniyos. And in spite of the fact some like to wrongly quote Rav Moshe z”l and others perhaps, to justify them adopting the custom of the sefardim, the halachah is not like that. Mordechai is 100% correct.
This Heinz Ketchup had been distributed in the USA AND AROUND THE WORLD for Pesach for at least two years. It wasn’t kitnios, nor was it supposed to be this year. Unfortunately there were supply chain issues and it’s kitnios with the wrong labels.
Note that this is a British Hashgocho. Does this also apply to American Heinz ketchup?

American Heinz Ketchup is certified by the OU.
John Kerry is a bad person.
@mordechai it is widely distributed in the USA for Pesach. This won’t lead to a Michsol….

Does this include the ketchup they import from Eretz Yisroel with a an Israeli hechser?
(That is the only Kosher L’Pesach Heinz ketchup that I can find being sold for in Lakewood)
Hint: It’s not Israeli that’s coming from EY. It’s this product which is made somewhere in Europe.
Just because someone slaps a Hebrew label on it doesn’t mean it was made in EY and it sure doesn’t mean it’s kosher!
What a bunch of foolish comments.

READ THE LABELS AND BE ALERT!
