In a new letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee, Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh said he will “not be intimidated” by the new allegations made against him.
“The coordinated effort to destroy my good name will not drive me out. The vile threats of violence against my family will not drive me out,” he wrote to Senators Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and Dianne Feinstein (D-CA). “The last-minute character assassination will not succeed.”
His statement comes after a New Yorker report.
In his letter, Kavanaugh called the allegations published in The New Yorker “false and uncorroborated.” “There is now a frenzy to come up with something—anything—that will block this process and a vote on my confirmation from occurring. These are smears, pure and simple,” he wrote. “And they debase our public discourse. But they are also a threat to any man or woman who wishes to serve our country.”

It is glaringly obvious that the allegations being brought against Mr. Kavanaugh are TOTAL ABSOLUTE SHEKER!!
In each of the two cases, the supposed “victims” never went to any kind of law enforcement agencies or even to the administrations of their schools to complain about the alleged incidents. In each of the two cases, the two women accusers (the supposed victims) refuse to give the crucial details of exactly WHEN the supposed attacks occurred and WHERE they occurred. Without such vital information, it is nearly impossible for any kind of investigation to be done on them, and, of course, it strongly highlights the suspicion that the allegations are mere fabrications. In each of the two cases (besides the two supposed victims) there are no other witnesses to the alleged crimes. In fact, in the case of Dr. Ford, all of the people whom she claimed were present have FLATLY DENIED that the events ever took place!
The one woman who does “support” Dr. Ford’s story does not say that she actually SAW the supposed attack; instead, she only claims that she and other students HEARD about it and talked about it. This claim of her’s though, is CONTRADICTED by Dr. Ford herself who had stated that she DID NOT TELL ANYONE about it!

The Yated Ne’eman had a short column relating that the severely, severely wicked Senator Charles “Chuck” Schumer explained the reason why his gang is leading such an excessively vehemently sharp assault against Mr. Kavanaugh. It is because Mr. Kavanaugh has views that are exceedingly extreme that thus put him exceedingly far away from the “mainstream” of society; so it would be greatly inappropriate for him to be part of the country’s supreme court.
It is well known and understood that terms like “extreme” and “mainstream” have meaning ONLY in relation to the particular society being looked at. It was not too long ago that certain ethical & moral standards were THE rules of human behavior — in, yes, the “mainstream” our country’s society. These ethical & moral standards included that: Emuna B’Hashem – Belief in G-D is paramount. The Kisvei HaKodesh is the D’var Hashem – The Holy Bible is the Word of G-D and the sacred tome of humanity. A man and a woman must be married before Hashem in order to be permitted to be together. The elderly must be fully respected and revered. Having children is the great goal of a family. Abortion is a terrible crime. Toeiva is an even more terrible crime. People who, Rachmana Litzlan, were caught in it, were viewed as having the epitome of mental insanity; they were ridiculed and called degrading titles.
HOWEVER, as more recent times came, very tragically, various movements developed with the destructive goals of tearing down and throwing away more and more and more and more of these beliefs and values. As they tore down more and more of these beliefs and values, more and more they achieved acceptance and establishment of the VERY OPPOSITES of the beliefs and values. So now, it is not only that a woman has THE holy, holy, holy, holy “right” to callously rip out and slash up the human creation inside her womb, it is that a hospital staff has THE supreme authority to make THE “decision” that an already born infant (will not “be worth” the space he will take, and thus) must be sadistically starved and lethally injected and sawed up and sold out on the world market! So now, it is not only that the act of Toeiva is completely “permitted,” and it is not only that we must give Toeiva people jobs in our businesses and dwellings in our housing complexes, it is that — under penalty of imprisonment — we must GIVE THEM the fullest means for them to be able to do THE MOST EXTREME FORMS of Toeiva!
So, ON THE CONTRARY, it has been these wicked movements of the left — led today by the wicked Mr. Shumer and numerous similar others — who are the ones who have pushed our country AWAY FROM the “mainstream” over to the extremes of the “extremes”!! And it has been good efforts with numerous people like Brett Kavanaugh who have attempted to steer our country at least a little bit back from these bizarre extremes toward a little bit of the values that had been the basis of human civilization.
So, especially as Bnei Torah, and especially during this period of Gemar Din, we must be Mispallel to Hashem that Brett Kavanaugh will be approved for the U.S. Supreme Court and may we be Zoche to soon witness what we were Mispallel for on Rosh Hashanna: “M’loch Al Kol HaOlam Kulo Bichvodecha, V’Hinasei Al Kol AhAretz Bikarcha,” Omein!
